I started like meditations. I am trying to do meditation everyday. I am not sure what are the benefits of it, and certainly I am not seeing any loss of by doing it.
I don’t meditate much, but i will try to meditate for 5-10 minutes at-least. When I do meditation I do feel light and calm. Sometime while meditation I do feel that I should fine a forest / Hill side area or a Sea shore for mediation.
Those , who are living near sea shores or at hills might have a blessed lives. They are living in to nature, and I think when they do meditate, they may get more benefits.
Might be one day I may live in a Hills side or may be near Sea , Hope for the best.
